Riney Palter and McCullogh & Associates, La Jolla, California, recently secured a judgment on behalf of Covenant Capital Partners in a Texas stock-scam lawsuit stemming from false claims about patent ownership in investor offering materials. The defendants, Soil Servers, Inc., and its CEO, Larry Johnson, were ordered to pay the investors’ fees and costs associated with the case.

Riney Palter Obtains Verdict in Teacher Abuse Case

Theodore J. Riney and Kimberly M. J. Sims recently secured a verdict in Dallas County District Court in favor of Mary Oliver, the Dallas Independent School District teacher who was severely beaten in her classroom by another teacher.
