Erin W. Peirce joined the Riney Palter team in June 2008. She is an associate attorney focusing in the areas of business and commercial litigation and construction law.
Ms. Peirce has represented public and private owners, developers, general contractors,
subcontractors, corporations, partnerships and individuals. She has experience in Texas courts, including construction
litigation, general commercial litigation, and insurance defense on construction-related personal injury and property loss claims,
and residential and commercial evictions.
Prior to joining Riney Palter, Ms. Peirce was an associate at the law Office of R. Sean McDonald.
Ms. Peirce was also a certified paralegal prior to attending law school working in toxic tort defense litigation.
