Bruce K. Packard is, first and foremost, a trial attorney. He has practiced continuously in Dallas, Texas with a concentration in accounting, intellectual property and contract litigation. He has handled disputes in 27 different states and three other countries. His knowledge base is exceptionally broad because he has been a partner in a defense-oriented firm, a plaintiff-oriented firm, and corporate counsel for the one of the world’s largest numismatic investment companies. Mr. Packard is recognized for his knowledge and implementation of strategic planning and settlement tactics.
