Mahsa Soheil



Ms. Soheil joined the firm in October 2011 and practices in the area of commercial litigation.

Ms. Soheil received a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Miami and her Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School.

While in law school, Ms. Soheil served on the Tulane Maritime Law Journal as a Member during her second year and as a Managing Editor during her third year. Her Comment was published and awarded with the Robert B. Acomb Award for the most outstanding Comment in the Tulane Maritime Law Journal, Volume 35. 

Ms. Soheil was a student attorney with the Tulane Juvenile Law Clinic, where she interviewed juvenile clients, conducted investigations, and participated in courtroom advocacy.

While in law school, Ms. Soheil served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Stephen Wm. Smith in Houston, Texas.  Ms. Soheil also spent a summer abroad in the United Kingdom studying at the University of Cambridge, Trinity College.
